“Multichannel” option in Exely Reputation Manager

Exely Reputation Manager is a service that automatically collects reviews from the official website and various sales channels and allows you to work with all reviews in the Exely extranet.

Exely Reputation Manager has a “Multichannel” option that allows you to collect guest reviews for several properties in one extranet.

If you own several properties, the “Multichannel” option allows you to process reviews faster, simplify monitoring, eliminate errors and loss of information.

Responding to reviews in a timely manner is good for your rating and increases guest loyalty.


How to connect “Multichannel” option

1. To have the “Multichannel” option enabled, contact your Customer Support manager or Exely Customer Support team.

2. After the “Multichannel” option is enabled, log in to your Exely extranet again.

The following changes will occur after the “Multichannel” option is enabled:

  • a “Multichannel” section will be added to the “Reputation manager” > “Settings” section.


  • In the “Reputation manager” > “Sources” section, a notification will be displayed that you can now collect reviews for multiple properties.


How to add properties

1. In the Exely extranet, go to “Reputation manager” > “Settings” > the “Multichannel” section.

Pay attention. If a property used Exely Reputation Manager and collected reviews before enabling the “Multichannel” option, these reviews will be considered as collected from the main property — “Property 1 (main)”. By default, the name of the main property is the property name specified in the main settings for the property. You can change it, if required.

2. Click “Add a property” and specify the property name.


3. Add the required number of properties. Click the “Save” button.

After that, the following changes will occur on the “Reputation manager” > “Reviews” page:

  • a “Property” column will be added to the table. It will show the names of the properties added in “Reputation manager” > “Settings” > “Multichannel”.


  • the ability to filter reviews by property will be added.


Pay attention. After collecting reviews, the overall hotel rating in Exely Reputation Manager will be affected by the reviews for all properties. Email notifications will display the rating changes for all properties.


How to edit properties

You can edit names of all properties in the “Reputation manager” > “Settings” > “Multichannel” section, if required.


Pay attention. You can delete all properties, except for the main one. Once a property is deleted, the reviews previously collected about it will be removed, the overall rating will be recalculated.


How to connect review sources for new properties

1. Go to “Reputation manager” > “Sources”.


2. Select the required source to connect the review collection and click the “Connect” button.


The connection page of the selected source will be opened.

3. Open the “Steps to follow” section to see the order of connecting the review source.

4. Click the “Action” button to edit or disable the collection of property reviews in the selected source.


How to disable “Multichannel” option

To disable the “Multichannel” option, contact your Customer Support manager or Exely Customer Support team. After that,

  • the standard version of the solution will be displayed in the "Reputation manager" section.

  • Previously collected reviews for properties, except for the main one — "Property 1 (main)", will be deleted, the overall rating by reviews will be recalculated.
