Mail list and survey in the "Automated emails" section
With Exely Booking Engine, you can send marketing emails and conduct guest surveys.
To work with emails, go to the “Automated emails” > “Mail list” section. There are several email templates available in the Exely extranet.
Welcome-email
Several days prior to arrival, guests receive an email reminding them of their booking. The email contains booking details, cancellation conditions and additional information. For details, refer to “How to set “Welcome-email””.
Feedback-email
A few days after guests' check-out, an email is sent to them to thank the guests for their visit and ask them to leave a review and fill out a survey. Details on this are available in the instruction “How to set “Feedback-email””.
Incomplete booking
If a guest interrupts a booking at the data entry and payment step, they will receive an email with a link to complete the booking. The hotelier will also receive an incomplete booking email. For details, refer to “How to set “Incomplete booking” email”.
Survey
You can add a survey to the Feedback email to find out the guest's impression of the property, room, service and facilities. The list of surveys, drafts and settings can be found in the Exely extranet in the “Automated emails” > “Survey” section. Guest responses are only available to the hoteliers.
