How to edit a booking from the hotel website in Exely extranet
Sometimes, the guests tend to cancel bookings because of various reasons. You can offer to edit a booking instead. This way you will retain your profit while a guest will keep his/her booking even if the trip is rescheduled.

What you can change in a booking
Here are the booking parameters that can be edited in the Exely extranet.
1. Dates of stay.
2. Rate plan.
3. Cost of stay or make a discount.
4. Room type.
5. Delete a guest or change their details.
What changes depend on
The possible changes depend on the payment method selected by the guest and the hotel's acquiring service.

You can make as many modifications as you need. If a guest asks you to make changes to a booking several times, you will be able to do this.
How a guest can edit a booking
Guests can edit their bookings themselves, if the arrival date has not arrived. If you would like guests to be able to edit the bookings, contact your Customer Support manager or Exely Customer Support team to have this function added.
