How to edit a booking in Exely PMS
To edit a booking in Front Desk,
1. Go to “Property management” > “Front Desk”.
2. Search for the booking you need.
3. Click the booking.
4. On the right, there will open a page with booking details.
5. At the bottom of the page, you will see the most popular action that can be done with a booking:
To complete other actions or see more information, click the “Edit” button. The booking details page will be opened.

Services and accommodation
Actions that can be completed in the “Services and accommodation” tab:
In the “Rooms” tab of a group booking, there is a list of all the rooms booked by the group. There, you will find detailed information on the rooms. Other details are in the “Details” tab just like for an individual booking.
Invoices and payments
Actions that can be completed in the “Invoices and payments” tab:
Documents
In the “Documents” tab, you can view and print documents.
Notes
In the “Notes” tab, you can view and add new notes to the booking.
Changes
In the “Changes” tab, there is a list of all changes that have been made with a booking.
